Lots of very unhappy customers mainly due to the constant high churn of staff. There is little to no support for staff in most departments, client data is so out of date, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. You are constantly being told that you are not working hard enough and they cannot see where the time is going, every log on every system or tool shows the effort going into your 12-14 hour day, unfortunately, the one telling you this cannot use the tools provided so can't reference what you are saying. The UK leadership team argue amongst themselves and have internal daily struggles.
